Description

decorated, probably in the Seuter workshop, Augsburg, in Goldchinesen style, around the exterior of the box and the cover with vignettes of figures at various pursuits, the box with four small birds on branches at the chamfered corners, with gilt-scrollwork and solid gilt bands
