A Royal Louis XVI Gilt Bronze-Mounted Bois Satiné Small Table by Martin Carlin, Circa 1780
of rectangular form; the inset white marble top above a short drawer on one side with false drawer front opposite; on square tapering legs joined by a stretcher shelf; stamped M.CARLIN JME underneath one shorter end and the underside of the shelf stamped with a crowned BV for the Château de Bellevue
