8vo (158 x 93 mm). Italic type, 30 lines plus headline. collation: A-Y8 AA-EE8 FF4: 220 leaves. Title-page printed in black and red with woodcut device. (Title a bit worn and cropped at lower edge, text intermittently browned, minute wormholes in lower margin at end.)
binding: Contemporary limp vellum with yapp edges (160 x 97 mm), three rawhide bands piercing spine at hinge, traces of two pairs of ties, "XEN" in ink on tail-edge, fifteenth-century manuscript fragments used as binding support. (Lightly stained, cover partially detached, spine darkened and defective.)
provenance: Unidentified owner, inscription (cropped by binder) "Hic liber est Conventus B.M.V. Derthonus F.F. Eremit. Discalceatorum Ord Sti.
