8vo (152 x 95 mm). Italic type, 30 lines plus headline. collation: πA-B8 a-z8 A-C8 D4: 228 leaves. Woodcut Aldine device on title-page and verso of last leaf, early geometric ink drawing on rear flyleaf. (A few light dampstains, quire b and k browned, a few leaves soiled.)
binding: Sixteenth-century limp vellum (153 x 100 mm), title in ink on cover, traces of two pairs of chamois ties, title in ink on tail-edge and head-edge. (Stained and creased, endleaves partially loose with small tears where previously attached.)
