(Title lightly worn and inserted on stub, scattered foxing, dark stains on a few leaves, small wormhole to lower margin of second half, growing more visible on quires V-Y.)

binding: Nineteenth-century three-quarter vellum over patterned boards (163 x 102 mm), flat spine with two brown labels, manuscript title to lower edge. (Spine a bit darkened, later endpapers.)
