Playing Cards — Arms of the English Peers
53 playing cards (including the extra card for the distinction of Barons). Engravings on paper, with plain versos; Light soiling, trimmed close, touching the printing in a few instances. 13 of the cards are mounted in a frame, the rest are housed in a folder attached to the back of the frame.

A complete deck of engraved playing cards showing the coats of arms of the major English aristocratic houses. The extra Barons card contains the arms of Henry Waldegrave (1661-1690), who became first Baron Waldegrave in January 1686 — a feature that aided in dating this deck.
