A Delftware Blue and White Chinoiserie Large Vase and Cover, circa 1685


Delft or possibly Frankfurt, painted in transitional style with a continuous scene of figures in a stylized landscape, the domed cover with similar frieze, within borders of flowerheads and scrolling foliage, the lower part of the jar with stiff leaves, II mark in blue to cover
