TALL, BLUE-PAPER COPY. Other copies on blue paper are in Paris, Bibliothèque nationale de France, D-17131; and Grenoble, Bibliothèques municipales, F.10744 Rés. (Ducoin 3828). Copies once in the possession of Edward Harley (Catalogus bibliothecae Harleianae, 1744, IV, 14336), Justin, comte de MacCarthy-Reagh (sale, Paris, 27 January–6 May 1817, lot 790), and J.J. et M.J. De Bure (sale, Paris, 16 February–16 March 1837, lot 125), cannot be traced.

8vo (190 x 100 mm). Roman type, 30 lines plus headline. collation: A-L8: 88 leaves. Woodcut illustration on title-page, woodcut initial, printed on blue paper, tall copy. (Some light spotting and browning, slight loss to corners of A1-2.)
binding: French brown calf (192 x 102 mm), c. 1550, 3 blind fillets around sides, frame of multiple blind fillets, later gilt fleurons at outer corners, composite shape composed of 4 azured trilobes in centre, spine with gilt flower in compartments, edges gilt. (Rebacked, recornered and extensively restored, binding somewhat rubbed and soiled, new pastedowns and endleaves.)
