An Egyptian Wood Figure of a Man, Old Kingdom, 6th Dynasty, 2360-2195 B.C.


striding on a rectangular base with his separately carved arms held to the side, his clenched hands with thumbs extended, and wearing a partially pleated kilt knotted below the abdomen, his face with finely carved detail and black painted eyes, eyebrows and hair, the remaining nipple inlaid and with painted detail.
