A Marble Head of Silenus, Early Hellenistic, circa 3rd Century B.C.


bent forward and turned slightly to his right, with full beard and moustache and deep-set eyes half closed under a smooth prominent brow, his hair bound in a diadem.


Height: 5 ½ in.; 14 cm
