painted, on each long side of the box, with a harbour scene, within puce, iron-red and gilt cartouches and on the ends with branches of indianische Blumen, the cover with similar harbour scene vignettes, with flowerhead, gilt-scroll, and dentil borders, K.P.M. above crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue, gilt numeral 25. to both pieces
