Super-chancery folio (292 x 207 mm). Roman types, text in 2 columns, 60 lines plus headline, 2- to 8-line initial spaces with printed guide letters. Collation: a¹² b–q⁸ r–s⁶ A–N⁸ O–P⁶: 259 leaves (only, of 260: lacking A1 blank); marginal annotations in at least two early modern hands; slight worming to final third of textblock, some light spotting. Later vellum, marbled edges; top margin trimmed, upper hinge just starting to split.
