painted with a bird perched on a flowering branch issuing from brightly coloured geometric rockwork, flanked by flowering and fruiting plants, and with scattered indianische Blumen, brown-edged rim, crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue

No. PO 3038-PO 3040; illustrated, ibid., p. 356, Abb. 53a-c). Schloss Lustheim holds ten examples of plates with the same pattern as the present lot within 'Sulkowski-Ozier' moulded borders, illustrated ibid., pp. 361-364, cat. nos. 365-374.
