8½-inch thirteen-piece enamel plaque dial, the late 17th century movement with five tapered pillars, later anchor escapement and silk suspension bracket, outside count wheel and cut steel striking gates to the top mounted bell, signed on the backplate Marguerite A Paris, the waisted case with floral surmount, foliate mounts and scroll feet, the whole painted with flowers on a red ground; (regilt)
