Stephanus Costa
De ludo. Pavia: Martinus de Lavalle, 20 August 1489
Folio (377 x 248 mm). Collation: a–b6 (a1 blank): 12 leaves, space for rubricated initial on a2, modern yellow morocco, old semicircular stain on a1 (perhaps from a candlestick), soiling to first and last leaves, b1–3 mounted on guards, b6 repaired at inner margin (not affecting text), 1.5cm loss at corner of b6 (not affecting text)
Stephanus Costa was an Italian jurist. His Tractatus de Ludo is concerned with games and gambling.
