Collection of the Duke of Grafton, Euston Hall, Norfolk;

With Huntington Antiques Ltd., Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire, 23 October 1999;

From whom acquired.

The present chest-front features three scenes from the Passion of Christ: the Annunciation, the Nativity, and the Presentation at the Temple. In its original context, it is likely that the entire Passion narrative was represented across multiple panels.
