La collezione “From an Architect’s Vision: A Collection in Dialogue with Its Time” testimonia un dialogo profondo e coerente tra architettura e arti visive nel panorama milanese del secondo Novecento.

“From an Architect’s Vision: A Collection in Dialogue with Its Time” bears witness to a profound and coherent dialogue between architecture and the visual arts within the Milanese cultural landscape of the second half of the twentieth century. Shaped through direct and ongoing relationships with artists from the collector’s own city, the collection reflects a refined sensibility developed from the 1960s onward, in constant engagement with the avant-garde.

The collector’s strong design sensitivity found concrete expression in the creation of spaces defined by light, formal rigor, and carefully selected materials, transforming both home and studio into places of encounter and exchange. The works were conceived as living presences, in dialogue with environments designed with precision and intelligence.

The collection includes works by Dadamaino, Grazia Varisco, Takis, Fausto Melotti, and Lucio Del Pezzo, united by a shared focus on abstraction, perception, and space. More than a group of artworks, this collection constitutes a true aesthetic biography, expressing a unified and forward-looking vision in which art and architecture merge naturally and consciously.
