plain, engraved with the initials “SES”, with ebonized wood handles and finials, comprising a coffee pot, a tea pot, a sugar pot, a cream pot and a tea stand with the inscription 'THE TEA SET PRESENTED BY R&S GARRARD TO THEIR LATE PARTNER SAM SPILBURY, in testimony of their esteem for his zeal and integrity during a period of eighteen years 1849', fully marked, in its original wooden case with a brass label inscribed 'Mr SPILSBURY OSBASTON MONMOUTH'
