2¼-inch silvered dial engraved with foliate scrolls, moon dial above XII, surmounted by a calendar signed Hunt & Roskell, London, the 8-day movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement and split bi-metallic compensation balance, the frame with suspension loop and rotating stand, all finely engraved with foliate scrolls, the base with initials B D, flanking an Earl’s coronet; together with the original winder
