Engraved vignette on title-page of Vol. I, atlas with 24 engraved double-page plates of mining technique and apparatus after drawings by the Count of Dietrichstein; occasional spotting and browning. Contemporary half-sheep and marbled paper-covered boards, decorative endpapers with holly motif; rubbed.

An attractive set of the second edition.
