each stand: 48cm high; 18 7/8in.

Very similar pieces for surtouts de table with a hunting and rocaille theme were sold from the Feather Collection at Christie's, New York, April 2018, lots 501 and 502; from the Orange Blossom Collection at Christie's, New York, 6 April 2023, lots 260 and 261 and another including one mirrored surtout and two dessert stands at Christie's, New York, 20 April 2006, lot 90.
