Toning to most leaves, instances of foxing, some creasing to corners, a few stray stains, primarily marginal dampstaining, marginal tear to M1, contemporary manuscript annotations to Mmm1 and errata page. Contemporary calf, covers bordered in blind, spine with raised bands in seven compartments, second with gilt-lettered red morocco; rebacked with original spine laid down, scuffs to covers, rubbing to extremities.
