the octagonal fine pattern-welded sighted steel barrel cut with eleven grooves, inlaid with carved gold at the breech and muzzle, with arched back-sight, the lock decorated en suite with erased maker’s stamp, possibly 'work of Mehmed', set in a wooden full stock with vegetal decoration of carved silver panels secured by tacks, swelling faceted butt with darker wooden butt-plate, four silver barrel bands, green dyed horn fore-end cap, button trigger, brass-tipped wooden ramrod, with partial leather strap
