tempera on poplar panel, gold ground, shaped top, in a later engaged frame

unframed: 78.8 x 41.1 cm.; 31 x 16⅛ in.

framed: 91.9 x 52.7 cm.; 36⅛ x 20¾ in.

Corsi Collection, Florence (according to an inscription on the reverse);

John Rushout, 2nd Lord Northwick (1770–1859), Thirlestaine House, Cheltenham;
