six-panel folding screen: ink and light colour on paper, signed Katsushika Hokusai ga (Pictured by Katsushika Hokusai), sealed Kimo dasoku [Hair on the tortoise, legs on the snake], silk brocade border, black lacquer mount, engraved copper-gilt fittings, accompanied with a later fitted wood storage box
