Description

the shallow circular dish on raised ring foot, decorated in iron-red, green and yellow enamels over underglaze blue with water plants, including water hyacinth (mizu-aoi) and foliage, decorated on the underside in underglaze blue with three floral sprays, each composed of a large floret centred by scrolling stems and leaves, with a band of comb design around the foot, accompanied with a fitted wood storage box
