The first Italian, engraved with the Holy Spirit, the rim further engraved with an inscription, marked near rim, by Ionnas Parisi, Trapani, assay master Giovanni Parisi, dated 1746; The second Spanish, plain with applied midband, maker's mark unclear, Madrid, 1774; The third German, the bell pricked with bands of foliage between gilt bands, maker's mark CM in conjoined circles, possibly for Christian Mentzel, Breslau, early 18th century.
