Description
Collet-set with a heart-shaped sapphire within a navette-shaped surround pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, accented by a marquise-shaped ruby, the gallery set with similarly shaped diamonds and circular-cut rubies and sapphires.

- Accompanied by SSEF report no. 153972, dated 23 April 2026, stating that the sapphire is Ceylon origin, with indications of heating
