設色絹本　手卷

題跋：

(周綺書)此卷乃項子京家故物，聞前輩云卷後舊有諸名賢手詞翰。乾隆間修石渠寶笈，人每割真跋，裝入贗本已進，而此卷題詠之闕，想亦當日被人割去，殊可惜也。今以得諸所聞者記錄於後，雖不獲觀諸賢手蹟，而讀其詩亦足知其人矣。西泠周麗章綺書識。

(另錄古人詩數首，文略)，時在同治庚午(1870)季春中澣，綺書氏錄於羊城。鈐印：「塗雅」、「綺書翰墨」、「西湖散人」
