Description

with Chinoiserie decoration, the round cup of bowl form on a small collet foot, hammered to the exterior and engraved with exotic birds and foliage, a stipple band around the base, the foot formed of a band, the saucer round with upturned rim, engraved with the interpretation of a chinoiserie figure wearing a sword and using a walking stick, being attended by a boy bearing a parasol, exotic plants either side, a bird flying overhead, fully marked on the underside and engraved with scratch-weights weight “6=2” and “8=115”,
