oil on oak panel, the reverse with a wax seal with the armorials of the Veterani family of Urbino

unframed: 35.8 x 27.5 cm.; 14⅛ x 10⅞ in.

framed: 54.4 x 44 cm.; 21⅜ x 17⅜ in.

Probably Veterani family, Urbino (according to a wax seal affixed to the reverse of the panel);

With Sir George Donaldson, London;
