Shaped circular form, with gadroon borders and engraved with the accolé arms of Osborne and Anguish,

The arms are those of Francis Godolphin Osborne, 5th Duke of Leeds (1751–1799), the only surviving son of Thomas Osborne, 4th Duke of Leeds whom he succeeded in 1789. He was married twice, secondly in 1788 to Catherine (21 January 1764 – 9 October 1837), daughter of Thomas Anguish (1724-1785), accountant general of the Court of Chancery and first commissioner of the Public Accounts, and his wife, Sarah (née Henley, 1727-1807).
