Description

the two long lapels are in white silk velvet, embroidered with large, undulating oak branches in thread, cannetille, and gilt silver spangles; the hem of the coat, in two curved sections, is in midnight blue silk velvet embroidered with large, undulating oak branches similar to those on the lapels; presented in a later frame; (humidity stains and discolorations)
