Sara Berman (b. 1975, London, United Kingdom; lives in London) is an artist recognized for her work with self-portraiture and explorations of material culture, drawing especially on her background in fashion. Berman thoughtfully incorporates elements of design into her work while radicalizing her own image through an emphasis on female empowerment. Berman has had recent exhibitions at Kunsthal Museum, Rotterdam, Netherlands, and the Royal Academy, London. Her works can be found in the Montparnasse Collection, Canada; Poort-Visser Collection, Netherlands; and Ro2 Art Collection, Dallas.
