height: 16 ⅜ in. 40.6 cm.
Conceived in 1937; this example cast in 1971 in an edition of 8 plus artist's proofs by Fratelli Barberis Foundry, Turin.
Andrew Strauss and Timothy Baum of the Man Ray Expertise Committee have confirmed the authenticity of this work under reference number 00584-O-2025 and that the edition of this work will be included in the Catalogue of Objects & Sculptures of Man Ray, currently in preparation.
