Studio Nucleo is an interdisciplinary collective founded in Turin, Italy, in 1997 by Piergiorgio Robino, Stefania Fersini, Alice Carlotta Occleppo, and Alexandra Denton. Now comprising eight members, the studio operates across contemporary art, design, and architecture, focusing on identity, history, and temporal intersections. Their work is characterized by tactile materiality and experimentation with innovative materials like fiberglass, resin, and carbon fiber to merge traditional and contemporary forms. The studio's philosophy centers on "making a past of the future" to create curiosity about unrealized history. Notable works include the 'Souvenir of the Last Century Stool' (Triennale collection) and the 'Terra Chair' (Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam).
