I, New York, 1949, fig. 381, and later sold at Christie's New York, 21st March 2013, lot 1179; another example of similar size with a bird on a branch design was exhibited in Well-known Chinese Ceramics, The Best Pieces from 2000 Years of Chinese Ceramics, Kurita Museum, 1992, cat. no. 34; and a further example painted with leaves was included in Song Ceramics, Utensils of Sublime Beauty, Idemitsu Museum of Arts, Tokyo, 2018, cat. no. 18.
