8vo (153 x 105 mm.). Roman type, 38 lines plus headline. Collation: +⁸ A-Z⁸ Aa-Oo⁸ Pp⁴: 308 leaves (P4 blank). Title within woodcut border, woodcut initials and headpieces, woodcut illustrations (some full-page). (Title-leaf defective at foot with loss of imprint and laid down, +2 slightly torn, paper flaw at lower corner of Q3, last leaf torn and repaired, slight staining in gutter at end, without final blank leaf, cut somewhat close at head.)

Binding: Later vellum (160 x 117 mm), manuscript title on spine, plain edges. (Recased with new endleaves.)
